Program of tour
1st day (July 13, Tue) You arrive to Vladivostok by ferry from Japan or Korea or by air from Seoul (Korea) or Moscow. You will spend 2 days in Vladivostok.

2nd day (July 14, Wed)
During the city sightseeing You will see The Triumph Arch, put up in honour ofcity visit by crown prince of Russian Empire Nickolay (who after became the last Russian Emperor - Nickolay the Second). One of the aims of his arrival was top make a start of Great Trans-Siberian railway laying from East to West when he took part in festive affair which was held on in honour of that event.
You will see process of anchor roost bridges constructing, the bridge over Golden Horn bay and bridge to Russian Island.
In the evening it's time to depart from Vladivostok to Komsomolsk-on-Amur by the train.
3rd day (July 15, Thu)
In the morning the train makes its way through Khabarovsk - the city, developing dynamically. You will have about 40 minutes to take some pictures of the Railway station building and Amur boulevard. Train will be passing through the Amur river bridge about 8 a.m. You arrive to Komsomolsk-on-Amur till the evening.
4th day (July 16, Fri)
It will be the day, when You visit "the city of avenues (prospects)" - You will see Pervostroiteley avenue, Mira avenue (avenue of Peace), Truda avenue (labour avenue) and visit the home of Nanai woman who is famous for her amazing needlework (Nanai are natives of Amur river coast). You will taste wonderful Nanai tea, which can be hardly tasted in any other place.
In the evening you will start your travel by Baikal-Amur-Mainline directly - Your train departs to Tynda!
5th day (July 17, Sat)
The train moves on the way through Siberia. Give your attention to the architecture of stations of BAM. The fact is, the builders of stations were from different republics of the former Soviet Union and each team of builders wanted that their station to be the best BAM station.
The station Novyi Urgal was built by Ukrainians. You will have stop on this station for 30 minutes in the morning. It will be daytime (about 12:00 or so) when the train will pass through Alonka. The station Alonka was built by the team of Moldavia.
The station Ulma. There is the new time zone. You must put the clock an hour back. There is the bridge over the river Ulma right after the station. It is the highest bridge on BAM (49 meters).
6th day (July 18, Sun)
At midnight the train passes by the longest bridge on BAM - the bridge over Zeiskoe storage pond. It's length is about 2 km.
In the morning train arrives in the capital of BAM - Tynda. There is a stop with short sightseeing tour. You will see the very original building of the station. The Moscow team built the town. The name of the main street is Krasnaya Presnya like the name of Moscow street. The city center resembles Moscow district. Tynda is a small Moscow in the middle of taiga.
After excursion You visit Russian Banya (kind of sauna with steam).
You continue the trip in the noon.
7th day (July 19, Mon)
In night time train passes through the station Novaya Chara. The team of Kazakhstan built it. Unusual building of the station is worth seeing. You won`t be disappointed if stop sleeping for taking some pictures of that station. 20 munute stop will be enough.
About 07:30 a.m. the train is passing through the Severo-Muiskiy tunnel - the longest tunnel in Russia and the fifth longest tunnel in the world. Its length is about 16 km!
It will be middle of the day when train passes through the station Nizhneangarsk and is moving along the coast of Lake Baikal during half an hour till Severobaikalsk.
You see Severobaikalsk. The team of Leningrad (St.-Petersburg now) built up this town. Here You spend 2 nights.
8th day (July 20, Tue)
Northern part of the lake is located in seismically active territory, that's why there are hot springs there. You will have a fascinating tour to see one of them on that day.
9th day (July 21, Wed)
In the morning time You will have a splendid trip by hydrofoil passing through the whole lake Baikal and You will arrive to Listvyanka settlement till evening.
10th day (July 22, Thu)
Spending time here will help You to relax while you admire the Mighty lake.
You will have an entertaining walking tour along the Baikal coast, lift by a cable road to the top of mountain Chersky's Stone and visit the Baikal museum.
11th day (July 23, Fri)
You leave Listvyanka in morning time and move to Irkutsk. You will have an opportunity to visit Talzy - museum of wooden art - unique open air museum.
Afterwards it is time to go for excursion by the town, which Russian famous playwright A.Chekhov called "Siberian Paris". You will have an opportunity to share his statement (or not).
12th day (July 24, Sat)
Today You will have one-day excursion by amazing sites of the Bakal coast by modern tourist train of famous Circum-Baikal Railway.
No other railway in the world has as many hand-made objects as that part of railway from the station Slyudyanka to station Port-Baikal.
There are tunnels, bridges for over 85 km which totally preserved from last century, they can be seen on the background of capes, cliffs, rocks and picturesque river valleys.
Experienced train guide will tell You about making this part of Trans-Siberian railway - people exerted all their efforts and even died from hard work when laying it.
13th day (July 25, Sun)
This is the end of Your travel. But You can continue it! It is possible to move by train from Irkutsk by following routes:
1) to Vladivostok by Trans-Siberian railway (You will spend 3 nights in train) where you can catch the ferry to Japan or Korea;
2) to Moscow by Trans-Siberian railway (3 nights in train) and then to St.Petersburg;
3) to Mongolia and China by Trans-Mongolian railway.
"Vizit" company will be helpful in arrangement of any type of Your trip.
