If you travel around in Russia you need the tourist visa. The tourist visa is valid up to one month, usually single entry only and can't be extended. You must have the travel invitation and the voucher from a Russian tourist agency to get the visa in Russian Consulate. Our company has special permission from Ministry of Foreign Affairs to makes visa support. We need the information from you to make the documents:

• full name;
• date of birth;
• citizenship;
• passport details;
• date of entry to Russia & term of stay;

fax number or e-mail address to send you an invitation.

We will send you the invitation letter by e-mail or by fax. If necessary, we can send an original invitation letter by courier mail. Courier mail fee is to be paid additionally according to the rates of the courier mail service (DHL or etc).

You will go to the nearest Russian Consulate to get the visa after you have received the documents from our company.

Take care of your visa beforehand as visa process may last longer than you think.

If you book some services (accommodation, tickets, transfers etc.) in our company, visa support is free.

How to register the Russian visa

Upon your arrival to any city of Russia you need to register you visa within three working days. If you stay at a hotel, the hotel registers your visa for all period when you live at the hotel. If you stay at your friends or another place, the Russian travel company that made the invitation for you must help to register your visa, it may be for additional payment.
